2024 Super Worlds — Test 4: Skill
For time:
- 3 Seated Legless Rope Climbs (4.5 m)
- 10 m Handstand Walk
- 1 Handstand Full Pirouette
- 10 m Backward Handstand Walk
- 2 Seated Legless Rope Climbs _(tiebreak)_
- 8 m Sideways Handstand Walk (left hand leading)
- 8 m Sideways Handstand Walk (right hand leading)
- 1 Seated Legless Rope Climb
Time cap: 6 minutes
Athletes ascend and descend the rope without legs, then complete a 10 m handstand walk, a full pirouette, and a 10 m backward handstand walk. After two more legless rope climbs they perform sideways handstand walks (left then right hand leading) before a final rope climb and the run to the line. The 19–20 division may use legs after leaving the seated position.
No legs on the ascent or descent until below the ~3 m descent line. On sideways handstand walks the hands must stay between two lines 30 cm apart (2 m minimum increment); other handstand walks use a 5 m minimum increment. The pirouette is done inside a designated box. Tiebreak time is at the end of the set of 2 legless rope climbs.
Each movement links to its full rulebook entry — standards, rep requirements, and the judging reference technical officials train against.
