2024 Super Worlds — Test 1: Endurance
For time:
- 4,000 m BikeErg
- 2,000 m Row
19–20 age group: same test. Time cap: 18 minutes
Test Flow
Athletes bike the assigned distance, then move to the rower and row the assigned distance. Time stops when the final meter on the rower is completed — no finish line for this test. The score is total time on both machines, taken directly from the Concept2 timing apparatus.
Special Regulations
The seat, handle and damper on the bike may be adjusted, but touching the monitor is not allowed. Time is recorded by the Concept2 mechanism when the final meter on the rower is complete.
